1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jatea9 ("jatea9", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jatea9 website located at jatea9.net, including all associated gaming services, betting markets, promotions, mobile interfaces, and customer support channels.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or simply browsing jatea9.net, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of jatea9 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. You may only hold one account at any time. Opening duplicate accounts will result in the suspension of all accounts associated with your identity, device, or payment methods.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

2.2 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

jatea9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of the information you provide at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued identification document (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in account closure.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jatea9 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact jatea9 support immediately via live chat at jatea9.net.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

jatea9 supports a range of payment methods tailored for Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The currency symbol ৳ is used throughout the jatea9 platform.

3.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit on jatea9 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit unless one is set by the player under responsible gaming controls.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your jatea9 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned where possible, minus any applicable transaction fees.
• jatea9 does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• In the event that a deposit is credited to your account in error, jatea9 reserves the right to reverse the erroneous credit without prior notice.

3.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Standard withdrawal processing time via bKash and Nagad is approximately 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• jatea9 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing any withdrawal. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may have withdrawals held pending document review.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to a payment account not registered in the name of the verified jatea9 account holder.
• Any winnings derived from exploiting a system error, software glitch, or bonus abuse will be voided and are not eligible for withdrawal.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jatea9 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, to delay or decline any transaction we consider suspicious, and to report unusual activity to relevant authorities where required by law. Players must not use jatea9 for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Detection of any such activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

4 Bonus & Promotions Policy

jatea9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional conditions published alongside the specific offer.

4.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players who are 18 years of age or older and have a verified jatea9 account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated in the offer terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be requested.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Individual promotions may carry different requirements, which will be clearly stated in the offer details.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the bonus terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• jatea9 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. This includes the right to reclaim bonus funds already credited if jatea9 reasonably suspects abuse.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated software, or placing low-risk hedge bets to fulfil wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

5 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jatea9 platform — including slots, live casino tables, instant-win games, and sports betting markets — operate under their own specific rules published within each game or market interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing a wager.

5.2 Disputed Outcomes

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result or a settled bet, the decision of jatea9 — informed by the relevant game provider's server logs or sports data feed — shall be final. Disputes must be raised with jatea9 support via live chat within 72 hours of the disputed event. Claims submitted after this window will not be considered.

5.3 System Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure during a game round or bet settlement, jatea9 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the stake to the player's account. No player shall have any claim to winnings arising from a game round affected by a confirmed technical error. jatea9 will communicate confirmed errors to affected players via email or in-platform notification.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using jatea9, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and to use the platform only for lawful purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jatea9 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering as or on behalf of a person who is under 18 years of age.
• Using jatea9 for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the jatea9 platform in place of a human player.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or loopholes in the jatea9 software for financial gain.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any strategy designed to guarantee a profit regardless of game outcome in a manner that exploits jatea9's promotions or pricing.
• Opening or operating more than one jatea9 account simultaneously.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent identity verification process.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jatea9 support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the jatea9 platform software, security systems, or data infrastructure.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other tool to disguise your true geographic location or IP address while accessing jatea9.

jatea9 monitors platform activity continuously and employs automated fraud detection systems to identify prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above activities will result in immediate action, including permanent account closure and the forfeiture of all balances — including both real-money and bonus funds — without compensation.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their jatea9 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Requests will be processed within 2 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method, provided all KYC verification requirements have been met and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements are pending.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by jatea9

jatea9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Reasons for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or activity that jatea9 deems harmful to the integrity of the platform. In the event of closure due to a confirmed Terms breach, all balances — including real-money funds — may be forfeited. jatea9 will communicate the reason for closure where it is legally permissible to do so.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has not recorded any login, deposit, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jatea9 will notify the account holder by email before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 or the remaining account balance (whichever is lower) until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. To reactivate a dormant account, the player must log in and complete any outstanding KYC requirements.

8 Responsible Gaming Obligations

jatea9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. jatea9 strongly encourages all players to gamble within their means and to take advantage of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account dashboard. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session time reminders to receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Time-Out: Players may activate a temporary time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, login access is suspended and the account may not be reactivated before the period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from jatea9. Once activated, the exclusion is effective for a minimum of 12 months and re-registration is blocked for the duration of the exclusion period.

jatea9 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming controls on any account — including mandatory deposit limits or temporary suspension — where internal monitoring indicates patterns of play that suggest the player may be experiencing harm. This may be done without prior notice and in the interests of player welfare.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. jatea9 reserves all rights not expressly granted herein. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions. The failure of jatea9 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
